3rd week of work

Now abit stress liao wor, cuz the sup is asking for more and more lo.. And somemore im doing those customer that actually apply online, go to the counter or fax in to terminate their line. By the time the case is sent to mi its was already afew days later, and thse customer mostly already make up their mind to terminate or already using other internet provider le. Like that how to salvage?

If he let mi do those inbound call, mean customer call 1610 to terminate line it will be more easiler lo. Because some might not make up their mind yet and some is purposly call so they know we will give them more offer ma.. haiz..

Sometimes work this really need luck lo. If got the luck then will have more salvage lo.

REcently shopping cannot buy mini skirt cuz work office wear too short not good so all i buy 3/4 lenght de. HAiz.. coming month must save money le, cannot shopping cuz my coming month pay very little only. Its half a month pay only cuz i start work late this month ma.. sob sob...

im sick

arg.. Last nite i having high fever~ >_<

I think the air in the office not clean, im there for like 2weeks then sick liao.. Today i took MC, wah liao.. work 2 weeks only i already 2 days nv go liao.. scare they tot i play play dun wan to work... -_-

Wednesday went Zouk with zhengzhen and michelle and with afew frens.. All working together de. So pack lo.. but i got to go home early cuz next day got work ma.. went home about 2am. Reach home then faster go sleep liao...
Then the next day(yesterday) so tired lo, very sleepy.. then get fever in the evening.. reach home took medic then sleep..

Tomolo cant go sentosa with AMY they all liao... Too bad, i bougth a new bikini... Now cannot wear le.. >.<

I lost my way in the scary and ugly forest for half a year and finally i found my way home~ Im back home now! Home? Yeah! Its Alex~ Those that know him will know what im talking about ok. Those that dun kw nvm, now u know le lo.. ahaha..

This time round is a restart for us.. I will be good and he will be very nice to me too.. Hope everything will be fine and we will last.. No matter What others will say or how they see, I know he is the one and i know he treat me the best! I will really cherish him this time round!

Today still slack~ Then wanted to try to call out to one customer..

I called: Hi xxxx, im calling from singnet wendy here..
Customer: yes?
Me: (suddenly go blank)
me: (still blank)
MY senior: (faster pick up the call for mi and talk to the customer)

haha.. DAmn funny lo.. so peiseh also.. nvm, tomolo i gonna call again!! YEAH!!

My First day at Singnet

Hi everyone! Today is my first day at Singapore post center(singnet)..

Monday-Thursday 830am to 6pm.
Friday 830am to 530pm.

wake up at 650am.. took bus24 at 735am and reach there at 815am.. The bus took about 40mins to reach paya lebar.. So long wor.. I tot it will took about 30mins only.. Tomolo im gonna try take bus 135 see will it be faster anot...

Had a briefing by the sup for about 45mins to 1hr.. HE told mi alot of Rules all that.. then he also "zi chang, ma huai" Cuz he not happy with the other staff eating MAc in office and morning they got a small gather at the place. So he say things like "I dun like ppl eating breakfast in office" -_-"

For the whole day.. I only listen to how the senior talk with the customer.. About the BB plan de lo.. ask then to continue with singnet de.. Then i got to learn how to handle lo.. So far so good.. Like this job.. its about the same as the pervious desktop, got to handle customer in real time. But dun kw will the sup ask mi go work others not real time one anot. Real time can earn more $$.. hehe... oppx =X

There no need to wear too formal. Most of them are all young ppl.. 90% is girls.. 80% age 20-23 ba..

ok abit tired, should rest early for tomolo le.. Think tomolo do about the same thing ba, then thursday or friday then start to take course i think..

Hope to work this job for long term if i like it still in the next one year.. Then i can save and earn my own money for my future plan ba~ (~_^)

Tomolo i need to go down to international plaza to sign paper.. Finally get a job liao...
Customer service with singapore post(singtel), those let ppl scold one lo... PS: if anyone of u calling singtel, hear my voice dun scold mi ar.. haha... Will start work next week.
Haiz.. too bad citibank heaven contact mi yet.. NVm, at least i can get a job 1st.. if not eat grass liao lo... This CS job dun have contract de wor, dun kw they will half way fire mi anot.. ahaha...


Garnier whitening tissue mask selling 3 for $12.90 i think. Its very nice... Feel so good and relax when im putting on the mask.. Got the mint feeling,very cooling.. Can try!

Contract end.. Job huting start!

ok, Contract with Atros end le.. Got a free lunch and breakfast today! Breakfast jiajie treat, lunch boss treat.. EAt alot, the food not so nice but ok la.. can eat.. hehe...
Didt do any thing today, totally slack lo... cuz i went back i also dun kw wat they doing ma.. i only learn to configure the mail nia..

ok next monday go interview, dun kw can get in anot. If can get in then good lo. I hope i can get into the city bank be the helpdesk cum admin ba... at least get this stable job then can save money study part time and learn keyboard. If not evon and daphne sure say me de... haha.. until now i haven go learn key board. =p I will la.. when i got the money.

If this city bank interview fail, then i may try sintel customer service there de lobang.. if not then go income work customer service..i think most is those customer related work. Then i can build up my confident and my com skill then next time go out work will benefit mi lo.

LAst day at Atros

I tot will be tomolo but no.. When im on my way home, boss call. He ask mi to go back yishun tomolo.. And it will be jiemin and my last day with them. They nv extend our contact.. Boss say will treat us eat food.. then i tell him i wan good food. haha..

Anyway, i really enjoyed myself working at the Helpdesk for the pass few days.. though may have meet some not so nice ppl but i learn alot during this short period of time. Its a plus point for mi cuz i can include the position of a "helpdesk(desktop) admin" in my resume.. haha.. Jiemin can only put Desktop admin. lolx.. now then i know got diff de wor..

Ok nvm, anyway i got lobang for other job le.. Monday i going to city bank for interview. Dun kw can go in anot.. Admin and helpdesk too.. hehe... But also far.. city hall suntec there too... -__-;; so far... Hope i can get in ba.. though i wanna be a teacher, i also like to work in bank too.. cuz actually i wanna take business banking degree de ma. See how ba.. see how my future goes... hehe...
